The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was read more held on this tenth of September, 2023. The meeting was presided over President Smith, with members present of homeowners in attendance.
After call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and accepted with some amendments.
- Treasurer Miller, gave a brief financial report outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
- Several homeowners raised concerns regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed community garden construction and traffic maintenance.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing clarifications about the plans.
Concluding the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, 2023.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is presently examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to improve the standard of life for all residents while addressing current concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to exterior aesthetics, noise ordinances, and parking regulations.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments carefully and provide their comments by September 1st.
- A community forum will be arranged on September 8th to examine the proposed amendments in further elaboration.
Additional information regarding the proposed amendments can be accessed on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are highly recommended to contribute in this important process.
Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by adding trees, cleaning up public zones, and supporting a sense of pride.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. By actively participating, residents can help deter crime, watch over one another's belongings, and foster a stronger sense of community. Meetings will be held consistently to coordinate efforts.
